Placing an order

Add what you want to the basket and pay at the checkout. You will get an order confirmation by email straight away. That email is the record of what you bought and what you paid.

Changing or cancelling an order

An order can be changed or cancelled at any point before it ships. Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, so if something needs changing, email us within 12 hours at theteam@gutterguardscanada.com and put your order number in the subject line.

Once packing and shipping have started, an order cannot be cancelled. At that point it becomes a return, and the returns policy applies.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and are the amount you pay. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more; below that a flat $25 applies and is shown in your basket before you pay.

If something is out of stock

If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we will tell you and refund it. We do not substitute one product for another without asking you first.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the consumer protection legislation of your province, or under the federal Competition Act. Goods must be of merchantable quality, match how we described them and be reasonably fit for the purpose they are sold for. Cancelling an order before it ships costs you nothing.
